Ready to see Mel Gibson in another role? Well, you’re lucky because he’ll be starring in a film this November! Fatman is an upcoming American dark comedy action film. Eshom Nelms and Ian Nelms directed the film and wrote the screenplay.
David Gordon Green and Danny McBride serve as executive producers while Todd Courtney, Nadine de Barros, Brandon James, Michelle Lang, Robert Menzies and Lisa Wolofsky act as the producers for the film. Fortitude International, Mammoth Entertainment, Rough House Pictures and Sprockefeller Pictures act as the production houses.

Fatman: Plot and Cast
Chris Cringle, the main protagonist of the story, is also known as Santa Claus. He is forced into partnering with the U.S. Military in order to save his Santa business from going bankrupt. Furthermore, he gets into a battle of wits with a highly skilled assassin named Skinny Man, a game that can turn deadly any second.
This is because a precocious boy of twelve gets a lump of coal in his stocking. Tradition dictates that boys and girls who have been naughty get a lump of coal in their stocking for Christmas while children who have been good receive presents. In order to take revenge on Santa Claus, the boy hires this assassin in order to kill the present giver.
Mel Gibson plays an unusual Santa Claus, also known as Chris Cringle. Walton Goggins plays Skinny Man, a highly skilled hitman who works at a toy store. Marianne Jean-Baptiste plays Ruth while Robert Bockstael plays Captain Jacobs.
