The trailer has revealed that the game would feature some new characters and the main emphasis would be on the female lead. A lot of details about the character are yet to be revealed and she has been spotted wearing prison clothing, which has hinted that she might be trapped in some problem. Lucia has been appearing with her male partner and he would possibly take on the lead role in the future.

The game would take everyone back to the Vice City and this one will be set in the modern world. The state of Leonida will be an important part of the game and it has been described as the biggest and the most immersive evolution of the upcoming project.
