Developed by Kyle Killen and Steven Kane, Halo is an American military science fiction television series and it is streaming in Paramount+. The show is based on the video game franchise of the same name. It is produced by Showtime Networks, 343 Industries, Amblin Television, One Big Picture, and Chapter Eleven.
Sheila Hockin, Charlotte Keating, Michael Armbruster, Steven Kane, Kiki Wolfkill, Frank O’Connor, Bonnie Ross, Justin Falvey, Darryl Frank, Otto Bathurst, Toby Leslie are the executive producers and many others. Halo premiered on March 24, 2022, on Paramount+, and it was renewed for a second season.

Halo Season 2 Plot and cast
The story follows a conflict between humanity and an alien threat known as the Covenant in 26th century. The series is a standalone story that takes place within its own “Silver Timeline” that revealed by executive producer Kiki Wolfkill. The details of the plot of upcoming season of Halo have not revealed yet.
The main cast includes Natasha Culzac, Olive Gray, Yerin Ha, Bentley Kalu, Kate Kennedy, Charlie Murphy, Danny Sapani, Jen Taylor, Bokeem Woodbine and many more. Recurring roles are played by Burn Gorman, Ryan McParland, Sarah Ridgeway. Fiona O’Shaughnessy and Tylan Bailey were promoted to series regulars for the upcoming season.
Halo Season 2 release date
The first season debuted on Paramount+ on March 24, 2022 and ended in 19 May, 2022. But it was released digitally on November 7, 2022.
The show consists of nine episodes in first season. So we can expect that the upcoming season will have nine episodes like previous Season. On February 15, 2022, ahead of its premiere, Paramount+ renewed the series for a second season, with Wiener set as showrunner and executive producer.
