Produced by Keshet Studios and Universal Television, La Brea is an American science fiction drama television series. David Appelbaum has also served as executive producer of the show alongside Avi Nir, Alon Shtruzman, Peter Traugott, Ken Woodruff, and Rachel Kaplan.

The show premiered on NBC on September 28, 2021, on NBC. It received mixed reviews from critics. Despite that, the makers have renewed the show for a second season which was released on September 27, 2022. In January 2023, the developers renewed the show for a third season, which is soon coming on NBC.

La Brea Plot and Cast

La Brea follows an epic family adventure after a massive sinkhole opens in Los Angeles pulling people and buildings into a mysterious and dangerous primeval land where they have no choice but to band together to survive. In season 2, the Harris family remains separated as Eve is reeling from her son, Josh, having mistakenly gone through a portal to 1988. At this moment, there are no certain details available regarding the storyline of the third season. However, we can expect it to pick up the story from where it left off in the previous season.

Coming to the cast, it includes Natalie Zea as Eve Harris, Eoin Macken as Gavin Harris, Chiké Okonkwo as Ty Coleman, Jon Seda as Sam Velez, Nicholas Gonzalez as Levi Delgado, Veronica St. Clair as Riley Velez, Rohan Mirchandaney as Scott Israni, Lily Santiago as Veronica Castillo, and Josh McKenzie as Lucas Hayes.

The latest season of the show was released on September 27, 2022, and later got renewed for a third season which is soon coming on the streaming platform.
