Reacher: Plot and Cast
The first season began shooting from April 15th and was wrapped up on July 30th, 2021.
According to showrunner Nick Santora, the first season will adapt the book ‘Killing Floor’
which starts with the show’s titular character, Jack Reacher, arriving to the town of
Margrave, Georgia where he gets falsely arrested for a murder. Thus we can see that the premise is quite a fresh one.
The cast of the show is extremely promising with longtime acting veteran, Alan Ritchson,
portraying the role of Jack Reacher. Additionally, Malcolm Goodwin, Willa Fitzgerald, and
Bruce McGill are just a few names of this star-studded ensemble which is bound to sweep
some awards during future award seasons. Maxwell Jenkins, a promising young actor
mostly known for his work on Sense8 and Lost in Space, has also been recruited to portray
a younger version of the titular character. Hence, with such big names involved, there is a lot of hype for the series.
