Ripley: Release Date, Cast, and more!
Based on Patricia Highsmith’s 1955 crime novel The Talented Mr. Ripley, Ripley is an upcoming American psychological thriller television series. The executive producers of the show include Steven Zaillian, Garrett Basch, Guymon Casady, Ben Forkner, Sharon Levy, and Philipp Keel. Showtime Networks, Endemol Shine North America, Entertainment 360, and Filmrights are the production companies involved with the show. The upcoming show has been developed for Netflix.

Ripley Plot and Cast
A wealthy man hires Tom Ripley during the 60s to speak to his son and convince him to return to his home in Italy. However, Tom’s introduction to Dickie Greenleaf’s wealthy lifestyle introduces him to a new life of deceit, fraud, and murder.
Coming to the cast members, includes Andrew Scott, Johnny Flynn, Dakota Fanning, and many more are there. The developers have not revealed much about the cast lineup yet but we can expect the makers to introduce more characters in the upcoming months.
Ripley Release Date
The show was first announced in September 2019; however, the production got delayed due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The filming for the show finally got underway on the project in July 2021 and concluded in early 2022.
Ripley is going to have eight episodes in total. Reportedly Ripley is expected to come out in 2023 or 2024. The show has been produced by Showtime Networks, Endemol Shine North America, Entertainment 360, and Filmrights.
