The series debuted on January 11, 2019, and run for three seasons till 2021. The series received critical acclaim for its ensemble cast, directing, writing, mature treatment of its themes, and production values and it leads the series to a renewal of a fourth season which will be released soon.

Sex Education Season 4 Plot and Cast

There are not much information available regarding the plot of  the fourth season of Sex Education but we all know that the series will continue from where the last season ended. The third season features a new school year and we witness Otis entering a relationship with Ruby. Jean is all set to welcome a child and Eric and Adam become official at one point. The new headmistress Hope Haddon plans for a new update at the Moordale which brings more complications for all the students.

Now, coming to the cast of the series which includes Asa Butterfield, Gillian Anderson, Ncuti Gatwa, Emma Mackey, Connor Swindells, Kedar Williams-Stirling, Alistair Petrie, Mimi Keene, Aimee Lou Wood, Chaneil Kular, and many more are there.

Sex Education Season 4 Release Date

The series’ first season was released on January 11, 2019, followed by the second season on January 17, 2020. On February 10, 2020, Netflix renewed the series for a third season which was released on September 17, 2021.

After the third season, Netflix renewed the series for a fourth season on September 17, 2021, eight days after the third season premiered. The release date of the new season is not announced yet but it is confirmed that the series will come out in the mid of 2023.
