Created by Alex Pina and Esther Martinez Lobato, Sky Rojo is a Spanish black comedy action crime drama television series. Pina and Lobato are also the executive producers alongside Jesus Colmenar.

The first season of the series premiered on March 19, 2021 followed by the second season on July 23, 2021. The show has received positive reviews from critics and currently holds an approval rating of 93% on Rotten Tomatoes. Considering the decent response towards the first two seasons, the makers have renewed the series for a third and final season.

Sky Rojo Plot and Cast

In the upcoming season of Sky Rojo, Moises will do what it takes to take revenge for Christian’s murder. Although Coral, Wendy and Gina managed to flee the island, Moises will hunt down the girls to take revenge.

In the previous season, we saw that Moises and Christian wanted to change their lives and leave Romeo. However, they are left with no option when a heist goes wrong. Christian accidentally gets shot and the three girls escape from the island. Although Christian gets shot accidentally, Romeo blamed the girls for the incident, making Moises angry and igniting revengeful feelings in him.

Talking about the cast, we should get to see the lead cast members of the first and second seasons reprising their roles. This includes Veronica Sanchez, Miguel Angel Silvestre, Asier Etxeandia, Lali Esposito, Yany Prado, Enric Auquer and Rauw Alejandro.

Sky Rojo Season 3 Release Date

The first two seasons of Sky Rojo premiered in 2021 and it was renewed for a third season in August the same year. Considering that, the third season should premiere sometime in 2022.

The upcoming season of Sky Rojo is expected to have eight episodes like the first two seasons. However, the makers are yet to confirm further details related to Season 3.
