So Help Me Todd: Plot and Cast
The plot involves the tale of a contrasting mother-son duo, the former of whom is a sharp, conscientious attorney and a newly single mother, while the latter is a competent yet aimless private investigator. As an heir of the meticulous Wright family, Todd is pretty much what is known as a black sheep. He is relaxed and laidback, but also an amazingly talented former private investigator whose license got revoked due to his flexible interpretation of the law. The mother, on the other hand, relishes excellence and is a strictly adhered individual of the law. As Margaret temporarily employs Todd at her firm and proposes him to be the in-house private detective, she is rather amazed and highly impressed by her son’s intellectual methods and ways to investigate and bring out important information with his array of tech-savvy and charmed self.
The cast of So Help Me Todd includes Thomas Cadrot as Chet Venables, Marcia Gay Harden as Joan, Skylar Astin as Todd, Mark Moses as Harry, Madeline Wise as Allison, Andrea Brooks as Kim, Rosa Arredondo as Francey, Clayton James as Chuck, Inga Schlingmann as Susan, Tristen J. Winger as Lyle, Jane Stanton as Mrs. Hogenson, Anthony Scardera as Foreman, Manny Hernández as Tomas, and Kesar Bhara as Ryan Adani.
