South Park, The American animated sitcom is back in action.

Created by Trey Parker and Matt Stone, and further developed by Brian Graden for CC, Comedy Central. The series is based on the life of four boys, Stan Marsh, Kyle Brofloski, Eric Cartmen, and Kenny McCormick, and their works in the Colorado town.

Meant for a mature audience, it revolves around profanity, dark and surreal humor that treated a wide range of topics in a satirical manner.

With its debut, all the way back on august 13th’1997, Three hundred and seven episodes of the south park have been broadcast. It has achieved the greatest success and earned the highest ratings in all of the basic cable progs. It will be releasing new episodes in the year 2022. The 23rd season was premiered last year on the 25th of September, 2019.

The cast for South Park season 24

It showcases 4 lead characters with a recurring background cast. Stan being the everyman, an average 4th grader who is an American, Kyle is a jew with a good sense of morality, Cartman is loud and obnoxious who is often portrayed as an antagonist and has an antisemitic attitude, While Kenny comes from a poop family and wears his hood very tightly which covers his speech.

In the beginning, Kenny used to die almost at the end of every episode, until season 6 where he was written out of the show but finally reappearing the season finale.

The first 58 episodes were spent in 3rd grade, and afterward 4th grade, and has not been changed ever since.

Trey Parker and Matt Stone, the creators of the south park do most of the directing writing and voice acting, the first met in the university of colorado.

The pilot episode was made using cutout animation while all the others have relied on software, Autodesk Maya.

The release date for South Park

The pattern of the season release that is followed by the south park productions is that in one year they will release one season, and hence it is safe to say that season 24 will be released by the end of 2020, and season 25 to be released next year, in 2021.

Since the last season, the 23rd season came out back on the 25th of September 2019.
