Streaming service Netflix is bringing the all-new season of Sweet Tooth. It is an American fantasy drama television series based on the comic book of the same name by Jeff Lemire and premiered on Netflix on June 4, 2021. In July 2021, the series was renewed for a second season, which premiered on April 27, 2023. Following the second season’s release, the show was renewed for a third and final season, which is soon coming on Netflix.

The show is developed by Jim Mickle, the executive producer with Susan Downey & Robert Downey Jr., Amanda Burrell, Linda Moran, and Beth Schwartz.

Sweet Tooth Season 3 Plot

The basic premise of the show follows Dr. Aditya Singh as he and his wife try to find a cure for the Sick, and Bear, who is the leader and founder of the Animal Army. Sweet Tooth’s third season would need to pick up where the second left off. However, this is just a prediction for now since the developers have not revealed anything specific regarding the storyline of the third season.

The previous two seasons of the show are available on Netflix. The upcoming season is also going to air on the same platform. The third season is also expected to have the same number of episodes as the previous seasons.

Sweet Tooth Season 3 Release Date and Cast

The makers of Sweet Tooth have not yet revealed an official release date for Season 3. However, we can expect it to be released towards the end of 2023.

The main cast includes Nonso Anozie as Tommy Jepperd/Big Man, Christian Convery as Gus/Sweet Tooth, Adeel Akhtar as Dr. Aditya Singh, Aliza Vellani as Rani Singh, Stefania LaVie Owen as Bear/Rebecca Walker, Dania Ramirez as Aimee Eden.

We will also get to see Neil Sandilands as General Douglas Abbot, Naledi Murray as Wendy, Will Forte as Bubba, Amy Seimetz as Birdie, and James Brolin as the Narrator in recurring roles.
