The Passage Season 2: Renewed or Not?
Landed back in 2019 on Fox, The Passage is an American Thriller TV show inspired by the novel of the same name by Justin Cronin. This was first supposed to be a movie, although later it was decided to be a TV series.
The Passage stars Mark-Paul Gosselaar as Brad Wolgast, Jamie McShane as Tim Fanning, Saniyya Sidney as Amy Bellafonte, Brianne Howey as Shauna Babcock, Caroline Chikezie as Nichole Sykes, and Vincent Piazza as Clark Richards.
This series focuses on the life of a girl named Amy Bellafonte, who utilized in a government plan and also defends humans in a post-apocalyptic vampire fate. Now the question of the hour is will there be a second season of this thriller series? Keep reading to know more.

Fox declared after some months of the release of the first season that the thriller series is canceled by the studio for the second season. And that’s terrible news for the fans.

What are the Reasons behind the Cancellation?
The primary reason behind the cancellation is that the first season received poor ratings and negative reviews. Both the things are very much required while considering the renewal of a series and in this case, they lacked both. Also, the last episode of the first season is the finale of the show, and the story is concluded with it. Hence, there are no chances of the return of The Passage whatsoever. But fans got nothing to worry about, since, at the moment of cancellation, the network Fox also dropped another show titled The Cool Kids just after season one! Hurray!
