Lucifer season 5: Updates and more!!
Lucifer, The American television series that premiered on January 25th, 2016. Based on the characters of Dc comics, it has been created by Neil Gaiman sam Keith and Mike Dringenberg. It has been taken from the comic book “The Sandman” series.
The urban fantasy series has been developed by Tom Kapinos, the series have been produced by Jerry Bruckheimer Television and warner bros as well as DC entertainment. Lucifer revolves around Lucifer Morningstar who is the devil and is let out from heaven due to betrayal, for LA where he starts his own nightclub and also becomes the consultant to LAPD, The filming took place in Vancouver, British Columbia and then finally completely shifted to LA California
It has received mixed reviews from various critics and subsequent seasons were better rated, Ellis performance was very much praised in the later stages, the ratings have remained on the lower side, even though there was high viewership on its debut. After cancellation from the fox, it was renewed by Netflix for the fifth, sixth, and seventh seasons.

Release Date for The lucifer :
The production for its fifth season has been almost finished, except for the half of its last episode before the pandemic coronavirus/COVID-19, On 23rd of June 2020, the sixth and the seventh season was renewed for release by Netflix. As for the upcoming season, which will consist of sixteen episodes and has been renewed back in 2019, June. The fifth season will be released on the 21st of August this year.
