Allen v. Farrow is an American documentary television miniseries. It is about the Woody Allen sexual abuse allegation. It consists of four episodes and will premiere on HBO. What is Allen v. Farrow about?

The series probes sexual assault allegations made against Woody Allen by his daughter Dylan Farrow.  She was seven when the abuse allegedly occurred. It follows the custody battle between Allen and his former partner Mia Farrow. Allen’s marriage to Soon-Yi Previn, and the events of subsequent years. Likewise, Mia, Dylan, Ronan Farrow, and Carly Simon appear in the series. Similarly, alongside witnesses, experts, prosecutors, and investigators.  The series also features cultural experts reexamining Allen’s work in light of the allegation.

The series includes a home video shot by Farrow. For Instance,  surreptitious recordings of conversations between her and Allen. It also shows, for the first time, a videotaped account from Dylan shortly after the alleged assault, shot by Farrow. The tape has been controversial, characterized by one side as evidence of the allegation’s veracity and by the other that she was coached.
