The much-anticipated Friends: The Reunion special will air on HBO Max in the near future. The special, which was supposed to premiere on the streaming service in May 2020 when it first launched, is almost here, and it looks to be packed with all the laughs, tears, and memories fans could want.
The Friends: The Reunion special was supposed to be released on May 27, 2020, along with the other 236 episodes of the original series that were available at the time of the launch of HBO Max. A teaser trailer was released on May 13, 2021, announcing that the reunion special will air on HBO Max on May 27, 2021.
The NBC hit series has been off the air for 17 years, but Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, David Schwimmer, Matthew Perry, and Matt LeBlanc will all appear in the special, reuniting on screen for the first time since the show ended in 2004.
