Firebuds is an upcoming animated comedy-adventure series that follows a group of young first responders and their talking vehicle buddies, all of whom embark together on missions and adventures and learn the truest meaning of being a hero. Craig Gerber is the creator of the series and also its writer along with Krystal Banzon and Matt Hoverman. Gerber is as well the executive producer of the series. Firebuds: Plot and Cast

The music-filled animated series is set in the most fantastic and exciting world where vehicles are as lively as humans and they talk, play, and even work with those who drive them. The series revolves around a boy, Bo, and his firetruck sidekick, Flash. The two work in a team with their first responder friends and serve their community, only to learn what it takes to be a true hero. They help people with all sorts of problems, be it a big one, or something small. Each episode and each story aim at shedding light on why and how important teamwork is. Alongside this, the stories highlight the importance of volunteering and helping fellow people.

Firebuds releases on September 21, 2022, Wednesday, on Disney Channel and Disney Junior at 10:30 a.m. EDT. There are 10 episodes to the series. Each episode comprise two stories of 11-minutes each. The show will conclude on October 28, 2022.
