Cabinet of Curiosities is an episodic anthology series establishing its grounds in the horror genre. The creator of the series is none other than the Academy Award-winning director, Guillermo del Toro. The series is unique in its feature that the eight episodes of it features eight distinct plots that challenges the traditional genre of horror. Cabinet of Curiosities is an episodic anthology series establishing its grounds in the horror genre. The creator of the series is none other than the Academy Award-winning director, Guillermo del Toro. The series is unique in it’s feature that the eight episodes of it features eight distinct plots that challenges the traditional genre of horror. Cabinet of Curiosities marks the collection of a range of distinct horror stories, curated by some hugely talented and world-wide recognised Oscar winning filmmakers. ach story is crafted in a sophistically, yet horrific manner. As is announced by del Toro, he himself will be introducing each new episode.
The primary cast of Guillermo del Toro’s Cabinet of Curiosities includes Andrew Lincoln, Essie Davis, Hannah Galway, Luke Roberts, F. Murray Abraham, Tim Blake Nelson, Demetrius Grosse, Crispin Glover, Ben Barnes, Peter Weller, Sofia Boutella, Rupert Grint, David Hewlett, and Eric André. The cast also includes Megan Many as Lavania, Ish Morris as Harry, Oriana Leman as Rebecca, Diana Bentley as Jill, Julian Richings as Dooley, Kylee Evans as Gina, Elise Bauman as Lori, and Shauna MacDonald as Kathy.
Cabinet of Curiosities: Release Date
Cabinet of Curiosities releases on October 25, 2022, on Netflix. The series comprises eight episodes, two of which will premiere on the 25th itself. The remaining episodes will release in the following days with two episodes launched at a time, through October 28, 2022. The show serves to be a part of Netflix and Chill’s Halloween event.
