Deep Blue Sea 3: Coming to your Nearest Television Sets!

Deep Blue Sea 3, a third instalment to the cult classic Deep Blue Sea is coming to Video on Demand and Blue Ray, this July and August. All of us remember the chilling scene, where Samuel L Jackson, after giving a furiously motivating speech to his crew members, gets devoured by a shark in the blink of an eye. Originally directed by Renny Harlin, Deep Blue Sea (1999) has become a cult classic thriller,  although at the time the movie had moderate commercial success, but managed to gain serious profits over the years, it is probably the best Shark movie after Speilberg’s Jaws.

The sequel to the movie released direct-to-video in April 2018 and was an utter disappointment as compared to Harlin’s classic. Yet Warner Bros. gave the movie a third instalment. The only celebratory title Deep Blue Sea 2 has to its name is that it is “the only non-theatrical release to appear in the top 10 of any VOD chart for the months of April and May 2018”. So maybe after all it deserves the third movie.

Trailer for Deep Blue Sea has been released and you can watch it here:

Emma Collins is a famous and eminent marine biologist, who with her crew members, is studying Great White Sharks for their capacity of increased intelligence. Her lab is set up deep inside the ocean, where the Bull Sharks escaped in Deep Blue Sea 2. The Bull Sharks carry the motive of mating with The Great White Sharks. The mission’s patron, Richard Lowell, believes that the Bull Sharks contain the key to intelligence enhancement, which he secretly intends to sell for big profits. Now, Emma and her crew are trapped on crumbling stilt houses mere feet over the ocean, caught between predators above and below the water.

Deep Blue Sea 3 comes to VOD on July 28 and to Blue-ray on August 25.

I do not hate people, but I despise their existence. Hi, I’m an actor, writer, poet, visual artist, a man of science and also the least favourite person in my family. Our beloved Hemingway, once said "There is nothing to writing. All you do is sit down at a typewriter and bleed." I believed in this quote humbly, truly and faithfully, now I have Anemia. I hope you like my works and if you do then please tell the President about it (seriously, all we want is fame).
