Affleck is going to star in Deep Water with Ana de Armas, who recently had roles in Blade Runner 2049 and Knives Out. They also have an alleged romance that supposedly started after the movie started shooting. Although the movie was supposed to come out in November 2020, it has now been delayed because of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Deep Water: Plot and Cast
Deep Water is an upcoming American psychological erotic thriller film based on a novel of the same name by Patricia Highsmith. Adrian Lyne directed the film while Zach Helm and Sam Levinson wrote the screenplay. Arnon Milchan, Steven Zaillian, Garrett Basch, Guymon Casady, Ben Forkner, and Anthony Katagas produced the film while 20th Century Studios, Regency Enterprises, New Regency Entertainment 360 and Film Rites serve as the production companies.
The film is about a married couple who have fallen out of love with each other. Since they can’t stand each other anymore, they start playing deadly mind games with each other. However, the consequences of the psychological games doesn’t just affect them; it starts to affect everyone around them and starts killing people they know.
Ben Affleck plays Vic Van Allen while Ana de Armas plays Melinda Van Allen, his wife. Tracy Letts plays Peter while Rachel Blanchard plays Ariadne. Lil Rel Howery plays Nash while Finn Wittrock plays Dom.
