Created by Matt Hausfater, Aaron Buchsbaum, and Teddy Riley, Fairfax is an American adult animated comedy streaming television series. It first premiered on October 29, 2021, on Amazon Prime Video.

Hausfater, Buchsbaum, and Riley are also the executive producers alongside Peter A. Knight, Jon Zimelis, Jason U. Nadler, Chris Prynoski, Shannon Prynoski, and Ben Kalina. The show has been already renewed for a second season and it is scheduled to premiere soon.

The creator said in a statement that Fairfax is a love letter for the kids of this generation. The team believes that it will save the world from pertinent issues such as global warming, but only if they don’t die eating Tide Pods.

We still can’t tell for sure what the second season’s plot will be, but we can expect that it will follow the four middle school best friends on their quest for clout on Fairfax Avenue in Los Angeles.

Now talking about the cast, we should get to see Skyler Gisondo, Peter S. Kim, Kiersey Clemons, and Jaboukie Young. We can also expect to see Ben Swartchz, Jeff Bottoms, Colton Dunn, Larry Owen, Linda Park, Yvette Nicole Brown, Camila Mendes, Pamela Adlon and others.

Fairfax Season 2 Release Date

On January 29, 2020, Amazon Prime Video gave the project a 2-season order consisting of 8 half-hour episodes. The first season premiered on October 29, 2021 and received positive reviews from critics and audiences.

Considering the positive response, the makers renewed the series for a second season and it is scheduled to release on June 10, 2022. It is expected to consist of eight episodes like the first season.
