FLIP OR FLOP:

Flip or Flop is a television series airing on HGTV. It is hosted by the formerly-married couple Tarek El Moussa and Christiana Anstead. The program is the original show in the Flip or Flop franchise, that debuted in 2013. It is produced by Pie Town Productions.

“Christina Anstead and Tarek El Moussa were married real estate agents in Orange County, California. They began flipping homes in the Orange County area after the real estate crash in 2008.In 2011, Tarek asked a friend to help him make an audition tape for HGTV, filming an entire episode of the process of house flipping from start to finish. The audition tape was sent to HGTV and in 2012 the couple was signed to make Flip or Flop.Christina’s expertise is primarily in design, and she works with Tarek to find and renovate homes. She handles the designs of the new spaces and keeps the project on schedule. The show follows them as they buy homes, typically bank-owned, short sales or foreclosures, to renovate and resell.”

About the upcoming season:

The ninth season premiered on October 15, 2020. The series was renewed for a tenth season on November 5, 2020, which will premiere in 2021. There is no official date yet but the premiere can be expected in late 2021.

Christiana Anstead took to her instagram handle and wrote:

“Feels weird to say this – but I’m excited to announce #FlipOrFlop has been picked up for a 10th season!
My goal was always a decade of tv.
It’s a big accomplishment in this industry and something @therealtarekelmoussa and I are both proud of… It has been one hell of a ride. I love the fact that Tay and Bray will get to look back at this journey and watch themselves grow up.
