Hotel Transylvania: Transformia: Plot and Cast
Compared to the previous films, this instalment has a really interesting and unique premise. In a brief synopsis released by Sony, the movie explores the aftermath of Van Helsing’s invention – the ‘Monsterification Ray’ malfunctioning which turns Dracula and the monsters living in the hotel to humans and Johnny, the only human in the hotel into a monster. However there is a catch, if the cure is not found as soon as possible the transformations become permanent. An adventure ensues with the ‘Drac Pack’ rushing to find the cure before the unspeakable happens. A notable difference in the casting this time around is that Adam Sandler will not be voicing the role of Count Dracula – instead newcomer Brian Hull, who previously worked on the short film ‘Monster Pets’ will take his place. Moreover, series regulars Selena Gomez and Andy Samberg will be reprising their iconic roles as Mavis and Johnny respectively.
