Huawei will be unveiling the Huawei P30 and the P30 Pro on March 26 in Paris. The Chinese manufacturer will also be launching the mid-range Huawei P30 Lite smartphone under the P30 series. A couple of leaks suggest that the Huawei P30 Lite will be launched in China as Huawei Nova 4e in China. The company today released a teaser image on Weibo confirming a March 14 launch date.
A Huawei device was certified in TENAA with model number MAR-TL00 that is expected to be the Huawei Nova 4e. The phone is supposed to be stripped down version of the Huawei Nova 4 that was launched in December last year.
Huawei Nova 4e Specifications
The Huawei Nova 4e could feature a 6.15-inch display with an FHD+ resolution. The teaser images hint the presence of a waterdrop notch on the top which should improve the screen-to-body ratio. It runs on EMUI 9 based on the latest Android 9 Pie.
The device houses a 12nm Kirin 710 octa-core chipset clocked at 2.2GHz and paired with a Mali G51 MP4 GPU. It will be backed by a 3,240 mAh non-removable battery with support for 18W fast charging technology. We expect the company to include the Huawei SuperCharge adapter within the package.
The handset sports a triple camera set up at the rear which might be of 20MP + 16MP + 2MP configuration. The company already confirmed the device to come with a 32MP selfie camera backed by Artificial Intelligence powered Beauty mode. It will support dual SIM standby and pack all the necessary connectivity options. There will be a rear fingerprint sensor for security. The remaining specs of the phone are yet to be revealed.
