Like a Dragon series has been one of the most successful franchises until now and they have released some of the best games so far. The games have been a mixture of action, adventure, role-playing, and more. The franchise is getting a new entry after a long wait titled Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth. The game will be released in single-player mode as per reports and detailed information about the game is yet to be revealed by the developers.

Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth was officially revealed at the Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio’s Summit livestream in September 2022. The game was initially named Dragon 8 . The promotions continued with the revealing of more cast members. The game is scheduled to be released on January 26, 2024 and it will be compatible on platforms like PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Windows, Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S.

Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth is expected to get a positive response from the gamers considering that it is a part of a successful series. The developers have released a gameplay reveal trailer three weeks ago. They released another video featuring 20 minutes of gameplay at the same time which has led to a lot of excitement among the public.

Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth is going to feature characters that include Ichiban Kasuga and Kazuma Kiryu who would be going on another adventure. Kasuga will enter Honolulu searching for his biological mother Akane Kishida who supposedly died a long time ago. Kiryu on the other hand is searching for Akane and decides to save her from the local criminal organizations.

Gamers would be controlling Kasuga and Kiryu alongside the rest of the group members. The turn-based combat system has been added this time abd all the characters need to choose from a lineup of different jobs. Kiryu will be able to perform real time combat and new characters would also be added due to the Poundmates summon system.

A lot of minigames are also being added which are inspired from other popular games. Additionally, the party members of Kasuga are going to play an important role in the progress and the developers have also added a lot of villains who would add more thrill to the game.
