The upcoming game features side-scrolling gameplay similar to the Sonic the Hedgehog games. The release date of Sonic Superstar is approaching and it is expected to be a super fun and engaging game.

Gamers are eagerly waiting to play this upcoming game, which was created by Arzest and Sonic Team. Sonic Superstars is scheduled to be released for different platforms including PlayStation 5, Windows, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and Xbox Series X/S on October 17, 2023.

Sonic Superstars: Gameplay

Sonic the Hedgehog has already become a popular character over the years, contributing to his appearance in many films and video games. The video games based on his character have been highly successful and as Sonic Superstar’s release date approaches, expectations of the players have also witnessed an increase.

The game will take references from the previous installments. The basic intention will be to fight Doctor Eggman and emerge as the winner. The player needs to stop the Doctor and Fang the Hunter from capturing the animals of the North Star Islands as he aims to accumulate a huge army for himself. Apart from Sonic, Miles Prower, Knuckles the Echidna and Amy Rose will also appear in the game.

Gamers would get to play in around 12 zones that will feature various obstacles. The zones have also been separated into different acts and all of them have a boss that needs to be defeated to reach the next level. The players would get a chance to make certain changes to their characters.

There will be different stages where the characters will get more power as he or she progresses further. Players would be getting emeralds, medals, and more that would be of help in customization. The multiplayer feature has also been added where a player can invite his or her friends to play together.
