Suburra: Blood on Rome Season 3: New season details and more information!
Suburra: Blood on Rome, The Italian crime web series that is set in Rome and is also a prequel to the 2015 film called Suburra and has also been inspired by the novel having the same name that is written by Giancarlo De Cataldo and Carlo Bonini.
It has been developed by Daniele Cesarano and Barbara Petronio for Netflix and hence making it the first Italian-language original series. It has been produced by Cattleya in association with Rai Fiction also Bartleby Film.
Suburra is inspired by the Mafia Capitale investigation and focuses on corruption as well as power clashes that happen among the organized crime, politicians as well as also churchmen. The series revolves around an Ostia based member who is Aureliano Adami and his relations with Alberto Anacleti. as well as Gabriele Marchili who is the only son of a policeman getting involved in a crime. 
The world premiere of the series to place on the first of September in 2017 at the 74th Venice film festival in which two episodes were screened to be a part of Il Cinema Nel Giardino section. Worldwide, all the first season episodes were released on the 6th of October 2017. On the 2nd of April 2019, Netflix had announced a renewal of the third season that is expected to be released in 2020, while on the 4th of December, Netflix had stated that this season would be its last one.
When Will the Third Season ‘Suburra Blood on Rome’ Premiere on Netflix?
There hasn’t been any official announcement about the third installment’s premiere, but fans can expect it to happen in 2020 or at the latest by 2021. It has given an amazing performance and hence Netflix would definitely want to renew it.
