What We Do In The Shadows Season 2 Episode 5 – Curtain raiser!

Four episodes are already up in this new season of ‘What we do in the shadows’. With the title, ‘Colin’s Promotion’ the new episode is scheduled to release on May 6th, 2020. This new season began with two episodes named, ‘Resurrection’ and ‘Ghosts’ which were released on the same day- 15th April 2020.

What can we expect from episodes 5 and 6?

Episode 5 deals with Colin Robinson getting promoted at work. He also uses his new power affecting the power balance in the Vampire House. This will be a continuation of the previous episodes. The next episode is said to deal with Laszlo’s hiding after a dangerous enemy from the past arrives without any previous sign. Laszlo escapes avoiding death. The episode is titled ‘On the run’ and will be released on 13th this month.

The Return, Collaboration, Witches, and Theatre des Vampires are the episodes that will follow on subsequent dates.

Cast

The Production Team stormed us with many news clippings, videos, and teasers. Finally, the trailer has been released. The cast of the new season includes lead actors from the previous season. All four major vampire roles remain the same. Kavyan Novak as Nandor, Matt Berry as Laszlo, Natasia Demetriou as Nadja, Mark Proksch as Colin Robinson continues to play their roles.

Season 1 had few guest stars and the same trend might continue with this new season also. This new season is said to bring in celebrities like Dave Bautista, Tilda Swanton, Evan Rachel Wood, and Paul Reubens. And it is said to pick up from the finale of the last season- the fierce battle between vampires and werewolves.

This series is a documentary-style. It peeps into the daily lives of four vampires who struggle to live in this modern world. All the episodes revolve around their daily encounters. The series is based on the feature film ‘What we do in the shadows’ created by Jemaine Clement and Taika Waititi. The horror series is set in Staten Island, New York. It picks up the style of Mockumentary.
