Gaming studio Yokaze and publisher/developer Image Labo have announced Recolit, which is a pixel art mystery adventure game where you explore a strange town by following the trails of “light”. You just have to help the mysterious residents of the town by using items illuminated by the “light” to progress through the story. The much-awaited game is now scheduled to arrive soon.

Recolit Gameplay

Recolit will work as a change for all those who are tired of playing the same game again and again. While the game is scheduled to be released in February 2024, developers have hardly revealed a lot of details about the gameplay and gamers are eagerly waiting to know more.

The main intention will be to find lights in a town where there are no lights at all. It is a unique town since the town remains under darkness forever. The players would be under a spaceship that would crash in a dark town and it looks just like every other town around the world. It seems like the daily lives of the residents never existed at all.

The residents want different things starting from finding something to drink and wanting to play with a pigeon. The players have to help the residents fulfill their goals of the residents as they progress further in the game. The controls remain unknown but more details are expected to be unveiled soon.
