Developed by Arika, Endless Ocean Luminous is an upcoming adventure simulation game that is published by Nintendo for the Nintendo Switch. It will be the third entry in the Endless Ocean franchise and would be the first installment after Endless Ocean 2: Adventures of the Deep for the Wii, which came out in 2009.

Endless Ocean Luminous Gameplay

Endless Ocean Luminous would remain similar and the player would portray a scuba driver who has to confront the marine life and record them at the same time. The game also has a multiplayer mode where gamers can add around 30 players to play together.

The trailer has revealed that there would be an underwater adventure which will bring a new experience for all the gamers. The game would also take elements from other projects and there would be a lot of underwater temples along with shipwrecks, undersea biomes and multiple species of marine life.

The gamers would get a chance to share their personal experience inside the game, including the things they have found. Players will additionally find a lot of mythical creatures as they progress further.

Endless Ocean Luminous will be the third entry in the Endless Ocean franchise after the first two games that came out in 2007 and 2009. Japanese video game company Arika is involved in the development and Nintendo would work in publishing the game. The game was first revealed during the Nintendo Direct Partner Showcase in February 2024 and the game would be released officially on May 2, 2024.
