The Division 2: New Season Story and New Mode?

Tom Clancy’s The Division 2 is an online action role playing video game. The developer of the game is Massive Entertainment and Ubisoft is the publisher. The game is available on Microsoft Windows, Playstation 4 and Xbox One. It is a sequel to Tom Clancy’s The Division. It is set in a near future Washington City.

Plot

Seven months after the Green Poison outbreak, Several Strategic Homeland divisions agents are defending a civilian settlement. The agent defends an attack on the White House after arriving in the city. The agent learns much of the city is under control of three main enemy factions. He continues to work to liberate city districts. He also manages to rescue the President Ellis form the custody of enemy faction. The agent launches an invasion to finally remove all the enemy factions as well as recovers anti- viral. The mission nearly ends in an disaster. DC with four major hostile factions while President and traitor remains missing.

Update Leaks

Some audio files of the Ubisoft team were left over on the Public Test Server which hint at the reappearance of old characters and more. Essentially player’s job it will be to hunt down major antagonists. The Season 2 Manhunt target can be a character from first division game Hornet. The season 3 Manhunt target will be led by Bardon of the Black Tusks. The Manhunt target for Season 4 will be Faye Lau who is also from the division. Hin turning a rogue will be a shock in the Division 2 gaming community.

New Mode

Ubisoft confirmed that they are working on new replayable mode. The main aim for the new mode can possibly be where player needs to secure a skyscraper floor by floor. This can be an endless level mode with lots of enemies and even more loot. BUt as of now all these updates are rumours. If the audio leaks are true then the game will become exciting. New mode and the new story for the next three seasons looks promising for the Division 2.
