Guardians of the Galaxy 3: Release Date, Cast and More

Published

on

The third movie in the extremely popular superhero franchise was set to release in 2020, but the problems created by James Gunn and his offensive tweets resulted in the shoot being delayed, and hence the film being delayed, as Gunn was fired as the director. Luckily now Gunn has been reinstated as the director of the movie. He has also tweeted that the pandemic hasn’t affected the production of the third and final instalment.

   When will the Movie Release?

There is no confirmation about the release date, however earlier it was thought that the movie will release in 2020, but now as the movie plays an important role in ending the MCU 3 and Starting the MCU 4, we might see the release of the film in later 2020 or early 2023, James Gunn is also working on Suicide Squad 2. The pandemic has affected the release of other Marvel and MCU movies and so, the release of GOTG3 has also been postponed to fit in the timeline.

Who will be in the New GOTG3?

Star-Lord/Peter Quill (Chris Pratt), Drax (Dave Bautista), Mantis (Pom Klementieff), and Groot (voiced by Vin Diesel) are all back, rejoining Rocket (with the voice of Bradley Cooper) and Nebula (Karen Gillan).

What do we know about GOTG3?

The last part of “Guardians of the Galaxy” franchise, i.e. the third instalment, will have its timeline several years after the second part and some years after “Avengers: Infinity war”. The movie might revolve around the search for Gamora, who disappeared after the confrontation with Thanos. We also expect more of “Rocket” as Gunn once said that the movie will be incomplete without the completion of Rocket’s arc. The last film will also put light on Marvel superhero Adam Warlock and her counterpart Ayesha, who had very small segments in the second instalment.

I do not hate people, but I despise their existence. Hi, I’m an actor, writer, poet, visual artist, a man of science and also the least favourite person in my family. Our beloved Hemingway, once said "There is nothing to writing. All you do is sit down at a typewriter and bleed." I believed in this quote humbly, truly and faithfully, now I have Anemia. I hope you like my works and if you do then please tell the President about it (seriously, all we want is fame).
