Cobra Kai is an American martial arts comedy-drama streaming television series based on The Karate Kid film series developed by Robert Mark Kamen. Josh Heald, Jon Hurwitz, and Hayden Schlossberg produced this show. Ralph Macchio and William Zabka star in this series (both of whom play Karate Kid’s roles as co-executive producers) along with Xolo Maridueña, Jacob Bertrand, Courtney Henggeler, Tanner Buchanan, Mary Mouser and Peyton Liss.
The series was launched on YouTube Red (now YouTube Premium), with the first two seasons being released in 2018 to 2019. The series was acquired by Netflix in June 2020 and the third season is scheduled for release on 8 January 2021. In October 2020, the series was renewed for the fourth season ahead of the first season of the third season.

COBRA KAI PLOT:
Thirty-four years after his defeat at the 1984 All-Valley Karate Tournament, Johnny Lawrence, now in his fifties, works as a part-time handyman and lives in an apartment in Reseda, Los Angeles, far removed from Encino’s rich lifestyle that had been made possible by his verbally abusive stepfather, Sid Weinberg. He has a son named Robby and his ex-wife, Shannon Keene, but he abandoned both of them when Robby was born and Johnny’s mother, Laura, died on the same day. Johnny, admittedly, has never recovered from his breakup with his high school girlfriend, Ali Mills.
Cobra Kai Season 3 Cast:
This show sees Ralph Macchio as Daniel LaRusso and William Zabka as Johnny Lawrence. Courtney Henggeler plays the role of Amanda LaRusso and Xolo Maridueña plays the role of Miguel Diaz. Tanner Buchanan is seen as Robby Keene and Mary Mouser is seen as Samantha LaRusso.
