505 Games is well-known for bringing the most thrilling video games over the years. While a majority of their games have been loved by the public, Control is one of those that has built a different kind of fanbase for itself ever since it was released back in 2019. Now after a long wait of around four years, a sequel in the form of Control 2 is scheduled to arrive soon for all the platforms.

Control 2: Release Date
Control 2 was officially announced in November 2022 and the news was also confirmed by Remedy Entertainment at the same time. The game was initially known as Codename Heron and according to the developers, the game is said to be in the concept stage for now. It is confirmed that the game would be powered by Northlight engine of Remedy. However, an official release date for the game is yet to be confirmed.
Control 2: Trailer
Control 2 is said to be one of the most highly anticipated games in the upcoming lineup of video games. Although a release date is not confirmed, an announcement video was released shortly after the game was revealed officially.
Control 2: Gameplay
Control 2 is yet to get an official release date for all the platforms. This is one of the basic reasons why we don’t have anything related to the gameplay so far. However, sources have revealed some details based on which we can speculate a few things.
According to reports, the main premise would be set after the events of the first game. The first game featured Jesse Faden as the main character who comes to the central hub of the Federal Bureau of Control, a US agency that has been investigating paranormal events. Jesse discovers the FBC in a different condition since it has been invaded by something called the Hiss, which can possess anyone.
For now, there are no details available about the new upgrades and controls that would be added in the upcoming game. There is a possibility that new characters might be added but further updates are yet to be revealed from the side of the developers.
