Crimson Desert: Trailer, Gameplay, and Release Date!

South Korean game developer Pearl Abyss is all set to bring a new game to the world of action this year. Titled Crimson Desert, the game’s glimpses have hinted that there will be a lot of thrills and action throughout it. The gamer would be portraying a particular character and it will be released in both single and multiplayer modes. Developers have not revealed a lot of details about the game until now.

A few reports have suggested that Crimson Desert was supposed to be released as a prequel to Black Desert Online. However, the developers decided to add some new things and they planned to release it as a single player game. The game will be created on the BlackSpace Engine which means that there won’t be any issues while playing. A release date for the game is not confirmed until now.

The official gameplay reveal trailer for Crimson Desert was released two years ago which featured the entire environment in which the game would be set. A gameplay trailer has been already released by Punish a month ago, revealing more about the characters.

Reports from different sources have revealed that Crimson Desert is set in the universe which is similar to Black Desert Online. The main character is Kliff, a mercenary, who would be confronting different factions alongside participating in activities like arm wrestling, climbing buildings and more.

The trailer that was revealed during the Gamescom Opening Night Live shows that there will be a lot of action inside the game. A new user interface was also featured which had a rotating minimap found below the screen. The map will also show the weather conditions, location and objective markers.

The combat inside the game also appeared in the trailer and the events and enemies also made brief appearances. The look of the shops was also shown and a soft side of Kliff was seen where he was petting a dog and picking up a cat. The graphics are expected to be a plus point of the game.

A few reports also state that gamers have expressed dissatisfaction with the developers for not revealing a release date. Pearl Abyss is yet to disclose more details.
