Gamers have been eagerly awaiting the release of multiple games. But possibly they are unaware of the fact that there have been multiple games that were announced with a lot of expectations but have not been released yet. London Studio’s Eight Days is also one of them and it was scheduled to be released for PlayStation 3. Things have changed a lot because now PlayStation 5 is also available, so things are possibly getting delayed.
So, let’s check the release date and everything else that we know so far about the upcoming game.
Eight Days: Release Date
A release date for Eight Days has not been confirmed yet because the game has been under development since 2006. There have been multiple announcements about the game over the years and some pictures and videos were also released. The game’s footage was also shown during the press conference of Sony in 2005 and 2006. Although there have been multiple reports that the game has been canceled but the developers has denied the same.
Eight Days: Trailer
London Studio, which is involved in the development of Eight Days, has not released a trailer for the game despite that the creators have not canceled it until now. Meanwhile, a few videos have been released over the years, revealing a little bit of things about the game.
Eight Days: Gameplay
Eight Days was said to be one of the highly anticipated games back in 2006. Detailed information about the gameplay have not been released yet. However, people need to know that before the game was announced, there was a prototype called Block Man.
There was a gray box demo at the time which had a lot of cubes and it was said to be a third-person shooter. A designer revealed that the game had all the third-person shooter gunplay and there were other things too, including cover, blind fire, and more.
The game’s characters remain unknown for now but a concept art has already gone viral. The studio was reportedly taking inspiration from the works of Michael Bay considering that the game was going to feature a lot of action. However things have been silent for too long and nothing can be said with confirmation for now.
I have been playing a lot of video games for a long time and I have tried almost everything in all the genres. I am researching more about the upcoming projects and willing to try all of them.
