Has Netflix Renewed Carmen Sandiego for Season 3?

Netflix has decided to renew the tale show for its renewal of season 3. So, where will our detective Carmen go next?

Carmen Sandiego is a TV show for children above 7. It is a Netflix animated original series. It also portrays action-adventure with educational elements for children to watch, enjoy, and along with that gain some knowledge.

Though Netflix itself hasn’t announced the show’s renewal, however, one of their voice actors did.

Kari Wahlgren, who is one of the voice actors of the show recently revealed that Netflix has renewed the TV show for the third season. She took to her twitter to share the news with her followers and the fans of the show.

Also, Netflix has not yet revealed the premiere date for the show. Its still speculation. But it is expected to be announced soon.

The plot of the show & video game

The animated series shows that a titular villain roams around the globe. The show has been portrayed as to teach and educate children about history, geography, and other subjects. As she roams around the globe, the culture of every country or place has been shown and explained.

The show is based on the media franchise of the same name. Broderbund created it. And it was released in 1985, as ‘Where in the world is Carmen Sandiego?’ started of both the video game series and the franchise. These are still in perpetual.

The level of each game series has a particular theme and subject. The player has to use their knowledge to find Carmen Sandiego or any of her umpteen followers. The series now is owned by ‘The Learning Company’, which earlier was owned by Broderbund. Their latest release was ‘Carmen Sandiego Returns’ in 2015.

The series has won over 125 awards and accolades.
