Hellraid: Gameplay, Trailer, and Release Date!

Polish video game developer Techland has gained recognition for bringing the best thriller games over the years. They were supposed to release a game titled Hellraid but things did not happen as per expectations and the game is now on hold. Although a spin-off mobile game titled Hellraid: The Escape was released in 2014, the original game has not been canceled yet by the developers and an official confirmation is still awaited.

So, let’s check the release date and all the other details that we know until now about the unreleased game.

Hellraid: Release Date

Hellraid has been under development since 2013 but Techland is yet to confirm a release date. A confirmed release date seems unlikely for a few more years becaause the game is on hold for now. Techland opted to release the game in Chrome Engine 6 and as per reports, the game could not meet the expectations of the company due to which the creators decided not to release it.

It must be noted that although developers have put Hellraid on hold, they released some gameplay trailers featuring a glimpse of the world where the game was set. The game has increased the expectations of the players but a confirmed release date can only disclose more details.

According to the details that were released when the game was announced, Hellraid was supposed to be available in single player and co-operative modes. Talking about the latter, it can easily support four players which means taking down the enemies would be easier.

The official description of the game states that the gamers would be put up against the armies of Hell who are born again and bringingg terror upon human beings. However, there is a group of survivors who have got special abilities and they are equipped with special skills which would help them to fight against the creatures, with some of them being too powerful.

The game was said to mix the elements of hack-and-slash role-playing games along with first person shooters and multiplayer games. The title had a Game Master system which promised to bring a different kind of experience by adding loots and enemies in various spots inside the game.
