Lupin is an upcoming French fantasy adventure comedy web television series created by George Kay and François Uzan that is set to premiere on Netflix on 8 January 2021. The show stars Omar Sy in the role of Assane Diop, a man who is inspired by the adventures of Arsène Lupin, a character created by Maurice Leblanc.
What is the show about?
The story follows Assane Diop, a man who comes across a mysterious gift, a book about Arsène, which has the power to grant him wealth and resources. Twenty-five years before, while he was still a teenager, Diop’s father died after being accused of a crime he didn’t commit. Now, Diop sets out to get revenge on a wealthy family who caused his father’s death.
