Open Roads stars actors Keri Russell and Kaitlyn Dever as a mother-daughter duo on a road trip where they learn more than they bargained for. The upcoming game is soon going to be released for multiple platforms.

The game was initially announced at The Game Awards on December 10, 2020. It is set to release for multiple platforms including Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S. At this moment, there is no specific release date available for the upcoming game. However, we can expect it to come out sometime in 2024.

The main character of Open Roads is Tess Devine who is only 16 years old and she embarks on a journey of self discovery that would help her in finding the unknown mysteries and improve her relationship with her mother Opal. The developers have previously released footage where it has been revealed that the main gameplay will revolve around the main character exploring the ruins and places where people don’t stay anymore.
She needs to find the hidden truth with the help of written passages alongside the trinkets that were left behind by the relatives of Tess. The game is going to feature a lot of choices for the gamers. The gamers also need to spend a significant time while talking to each other and work on the bond of Tess and her mother. Developers stated that Tess and her mother find a collection of old notes and letters that were put in the attic of their house.
They find details related to burglaries and lost treasure in the same. The duo eventually go on a road trip adventure where they try to find their family properties along with searching the memories that have remained hidden for a long time.
