Oppo F11 Pro, Oppo F11 with 48MP Camera launched in India, start at Rs 19,990

OPPO launched a new smartphone in its selfie-camera focused F-series for the Indian market. Dubbed as the OPPO F11 Pro, it is the first mid-range smartphone from the company sport a 48MP rear camera. The OPPO F11 was also launched alongside, which is a stripped down version.

OPPO F11 Pro Specifications, Features

The OPPO F11 Pro features a 6.5 inch LTPS LCD FHD+ display with an aspect ratio of 19:5:9 and a screen-to-body ratio of 90 percent. It houses a 2GHz octa-core MediaTek Helio P70 chipset paired with ARM Mali-G72 MP3 GPU. It is available in 6GB RAM + 128GB internal storage that is further expandable via microSD card up to 512GB.

In the optics department, it sports a triple camera rear setup comprising a 48MP primary rear camera with f/1.79 aperture, a 5MP camera with f/2.4 aperture and a 16MP camera with f/2.0 aperture. It offers a pop-up 16MP selfie camera with f/2.0 aperture on the front. It comes with an Ultra Night Mode powered by the company’s AI Ultra-Clear engine. The AI can recognize 23 types of scenes and color enhancement which the company calls Color mapping.

The device runs Color OS 6 based on Android 9 Pie and is backed by a 4,000 mAh battery with VOOC 3.0 Superfast Charging. OPPO has also included a HyperBosst tech to speed up app launch. It supports Face Unlock and comes with a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor for security. Connectivity features include Dual 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth 5.0, Wi-Fi 802.22 b/g/n, GPS + GLONASS and a micro USB Type-C port.

The OPPO F11 is identical to the pro-version except it misses out some specs. There is no pop-up selfie camera and comes with a display notch featuring a 16MP front camera.

On the back, there is a dual camera setup of 48MP + 5MP. It features a 4GB RAM and 128GB internal storage combination. A 4,020 mAh battery powers it with support for VOOC Flash Charge 3.0.

The OPPO F11 Pro comes a price tag of Rs 24,990 for the 6/64GB variant and will be available in Aurora Green and Thunder Black color options. The OPPO F11 is priced at Rs 19,990 and will be available in Double Gradient color (Fluorite Purple, Marble Green).

It will go on sale from March 15 via Amazon, Flipkart, Paytm Mall, Snapdeal and along with selected OPPO retails stores, Bajaj Electronics, Big C, Croma, Hotspot, Go Mobile, Poorvika, Pai, Reliance Digital and Sangeetha.

The company is offering 5 percent cash back on HDFC Bank credit and debit card transactions, Rs 3,400 Paytm cashback and Jio benefits up to Rs 4,900 and up to 3.2GB of Jio data.
