Rick and Morty, the Animated science fiction sitcom meant for adults that was first aired on the 2nd of December 2013 is back to be released for its fifth and upcoming season.
It has been created by Justin Roiland and Dan Harmon. It revolves around the adventures of a mad scientist who is called rick and a good person but a fretful grandson of his called Morty smith, they explore the different lives ranging from domestic to interdimensional. It was originated from an animated short parody film known as Back to the Future, which was created by Roiland for Channel 101, which is a short film festival co-founded by Harmon. The series, “Rick and Morty” has been acclaimed by critics for its content originality, creativity, and as well as its humor. The Rick and Morty series have a rating of 94% by rotten tomatoes rating.
The fourth season was premiered on the 10th of November, 2019, and consisted of ten episodes. A fifth season was confirmed in May 2020, a couple months back which was apart of a long-term deal that took place in May 2018 that ordered 70 new episodes over an unspecified number of seasons, around 6-7.
Rick and Morty Season 5’s release date:
Season five was planned for release in the year 2020 and month as may but we can predict its release to be taken place in the year 2021, counting the delay due to the global pandemic that has affected every industry in a serious way. Roiland voices the animated characters, alongside Chris Parnell, Spencer Grammer, as well as Sarah Chalke who help to voice their family. Sam Neil and Taika Waititi also help.
