Saint Seiya: Knights of the Zodiac Season 2. Release Date, Trailer and Trivia!

Saint Seiya: Knights of the Zodiac, is an anime show which is based on the manga of the same name. It is was initially written in Japanese. However, it did so well for itself that was printed in other languages as well. The comics were a major hit amongst the Manga fans. The original and first tv adaptation was released in the late 1980s.

The plot of the show:

The story of this show is based in a dystopian world. There are mystical and mythical creatures. The most appreciated element of the series is the world that is established by the writer. The detailed description with the marvellous sketches. These factors simplified the adaption of the manga into a tv series.

There is a perfect blend of action, drama and suspense. It is to be noted that the manga is divided into three parts. Every part more intense than the other. The series is known for its wonderful and satisfying characterisation. It has really fleshed out the characters and the situations to the ‘T’. We also see a unique blend of mystical genre and mythical genre. There Greek Gods, mystical creatures and the concept of reincarnation.

Release Date, Trailer and Trivia:

Netflix recently released season two of the new edition. The season one premiered on 19th July 2019. The latest season was released on 23rd January 2020.  This series comprises of 12 episodes. Each episode with a run time of 45-50 minutes. The first TV adaptation had debuted in 1986. This was followed video adaptation which debuted in August 2002.

There has been no official confirmation by Netflix for a possibility of season three! Here is the trailer for season 1:

The director of the Netflix net adaptation of the series is Yoshiharu Ashino. Joseph Chou, Yoshi Ikezawa, Kōzō Morishita, Takashi Washio and Hiromi Kitazaki were the producers of the series.
