Developed by NeoBards Entertainment and published by Konami, Silent Hill f is an upcoming survival horror video game. It will be a part of the Silent Hill franchise and the first mainline title in the franchise after a long time. After Silent Hill 4: The Room, this is the second game which is not set in the main town, and the premise is set in the rural Japan during the 60s.

In February 2021, Konami was reportedly planning to revive the Silent Hill franchise in 2021 and at the same time, many other studios were developing new games. Konami announced four new projects of the franchise the following year including Silent Hill f. There have been no updates regarding the development of the game and so the release date for the game remains unknown.

Silent Hill f: Gameplay

Al Yang helms Silent Hill f and she is the studio creative director of NeoBards Entertainment. But apart from that, there are no details available regarding the characters and the overall premise of the game.

According to reports, the game is going to bring a new look of psychological horror. The Japanese village will be completely different compared to what players have witnessed in the past. There will be no monsters this time and they are being replaced by creations inspired from the spider lilies.

The game is going to combine all the elements that have been featured in the previous installments. There will be movement and combat and developers would be adding more updates in the upcoming future. A lot of things about the game remains a mystery and as per the sources, the history and nature of the entire town would almost remain the same.
