Temptation Island, a reality show about couples who want to test their relationship before they decide to spend their lives together, first aired on Fox in January 2001. The show had an original run of three seasons, ending in 2003. The show was hosted by Mark L. Walberg. Temptation Island was then revamped and rebooted and was brought back to television in 2019. The new version of the show is also hosted by Mark L. Walberg, and aired on USA Network. The rebooted version has had two seasons so far, with the second season-ending on quite a high note. The official webpage of the show on USA Network’s website describes the concept of the show to be this-
“TEMPTATION ISLAND follows four dating couples at a pivotal time in their relationship, where they must mutually decide if they are ready to commit to one another for the rest of their lives — or should go their separate ways. Together, the couples travel to the tropical paradise of Maui, Hawaii, where they join 24 eligible men and women. There, they live the “single life,” in a test that is meant to help answer their most difficult questions about their relationship.”

Temptation Island Season 3: What we know so far
The revamped version of the show had great viewership numbers, as compared to the original show. The show was renewed for its second season midway through the first season, in February 2019. The second season aired from October to December in 2019. Fans started asking for the show to be renewed for a third season as soon as the second season ended. And the official Twitter handle of the show also did not shy away from dropping hints about the potential third season. Replying to a tweet about the blackout party episode in season two, Temptation Island said that their casting had opened for season 3. And replying to a tweet about the roller-coaster ride that season two was, Temptation Island said that there was always room in the villa for season 3.
On December 16, 2019, Bina Warren Casting posted a flyer for singles and couples, about a casting call for Temptation Island. The official website of the show has also opened a casting call for Temptation Island, which states, “Now Casting Couples And Singles”. So there is plenty of momentum for the third season of the show. The only wait is for the official announcement by USA about the renewal of Temptation Island for its well awaited season three.
