The Masked Dancer is an American reality competition television series that premiered on Fox on Sunday, 27th December 2020. Hosted by comedian/actor Craig Robinson (The Office), and featuring celebrity panelists Ken Jeong (The Masked Singer, I Can See Your Voice), world-famous choreographer and singer Paula Abdul, Actor Brian Austin Green, and Actress and singer Ashley Tisdale.

The Masked Dancer is a spin-off of “The Masked Singer”, which debuted in January 2019 and became a hit for Fox.

What is “The Masked Dancer” about?

The Masked Dancer will feature 10 celebrity contestants who will be shaking their tails, covered head-to-toe in elaborate costumes, and face masks, leaving audiences intrigued and guessing about their identity. The costumed celebrity contestants will be joined by masked partners and backup dancers as they perform a series of dances together; spreading from jazz to hip-hop, salsa to tap-dancing. When it comes to dancing, the sky is the limit. At the end of all the performances, the panelists and audience vote for the favorite, and the least popular must take off their mask to reveal their identity. This concept is derived from the King of Mask Singer which originated in South Korea.
