Undone Season 2: Release Date, Plot and Updates!

Developed by Raphael Bob-Waksberg and Kate Purdy (BoJack Horseman), Undone is an American animated series networked by Amazon Prime Video. Season 1 of the show is rated 98% on Rotten Tomatoes making it one of the most watch animated series. It is much loved by the audience as it blends in comedy, mystery, and thriller all in a single frame. This series is Amazon’s first-ever original animated series and is said to bring an evolution in adult animation series. The good news is Amazon has renewed the series for a second season in November 2019 and we are thrilled to know what happens next.

Release Date and Trailer of Undone Season 2:

Season 1 of the show premiered on 13th September 2019 on Amazon Prime Videos. It comprises of 8 episodes and the runtime of each episode is around 22-24 mins. Prime Video has not yet announced the release date or the official trailer of the show. However, we might expect the series to release around late 2020 or early 2021.

The Plot of Undone Season 2:

The storyline of Undone is unique and gripping. The plot focuses on Alma, a young woman who has survived a deadly car crash. Her father’s spirit visits her and wants her to find out the mystery related to his murder years ago. The summary on IMDb goes like, “A woman discovers she has a new relationship with time after surviving a car accident that almost killed her.”Season 1 ends with Alma traveling to Mexico, trying to reunite with her father from ancient ruins. Season 2 will probably concentrate on the development of Alma’s character while she deals with the personal challenges in her life, caught up in her own thoughts.

The cast members of the upcoming season are Rosa Salazar as Alma Winograd-Diaz, Angelique Cabral as Becca Winograd-Diaz, Siddharth Dhananjay as Sam, Constance Marie as Camila Diaz, Daveed Diggs as Tunde, Bob Odenkirk as Jacob Winograd.

The supporting cast members are Kevin Bigley as Reed Hollingsworth, Becca’s fiancé, John Corbett as Layton Hollingsworth(Reed’s father), Jeanne Tripplehorn as Beth Hollingsworth.
