When will ‘Money Heist’ return?

Netflix’s recently most viewed and popular web series Lacasa de Papel or Money Heist, just got over with the fourth season, leaving the plot at suspense. The show ranks number 2 on Netflix, which very much tells about the fan base and demand. But till now no official announcement has been made about the new release, but the fans are sure that the show will have a renewal since a lot of mystery is yet to get unravelled.

The Spanish crime drama series created by Alex Pina, deals with two pre-planned heists led by a “Professor” on The Royal Mint of Spain and The Bank of Spain, with the help of a group of eight former criminals. They take on their code names, based on city names. Spain never saw such heists before and is considered as a historical and the biggest heist ever. Lacasa de Papel was initially broadcasted on Spanish network Antena 3 but eventually taken over by Netflix and thus producing it in smaller episodes spanning over 4 seasons.

With the death of Nairobi and Professor at the gunpoint, the latest had a rollercoaster ride and gave adrenaline rush to the viewers. The fourth series was released on 3 April 2020 and we can expect a new one any time soon.
