Becoming Series: Release Date, Plot and Updates!

Disney has recently announced an addition to it’s already existing collection of documentaries, Becoming. This is a brand new original series by Disney which will debut in September 2020. It is a docu-series which will concentrate on the inside accounts and lives of world-famous musicians, athletes and entertainers. Produced by ESPN Films, The SpringHill Company, Wheelhouse Entertainment’s Spoke Studios, and ITV America, the series looks promising, insightful and inspirational. The Executive Producers are LeBron James & Maverick Carter.

Release Date and Trailer of Becoming:

The documentary-style is all set to premiere on 18th of September,2020 on Disney+. The series will consist of 10 episodes about 10 talented celebs, each episode will take us on a journey to a successful world-class star’s life and their lesser-known lives.

What is it about?

The official description on Disney goes like”From Executive Producers LeBron James & Maverick Carter, Becoming chronicles the inspirational life stories of world-class entertainers, musicians and athletes. Each episode follows a different celebrity back to their hometown as they revisit memorable locations that were central to their upbringing. Family members, coaches, teachers, mentors, and close friends share significant, personal memories of the subjects before they hit it big. These rarely heard stories provide an intimate look into the central moments in each star’s journey towards becoming who they are today.”

Who doesn’t want to know a world-class personality closely? Their lifestyle, childhood memories, family and friends, where they come from, their beginnings and where they belong. Disney picks up all of these, puts them in a box for the viewers to know about the rare events and anecdotes about successful celebrities.

Who are the stars?

The series will centre on the rarely known accounts of celebrities namely Adam Devine, Anthony Davis, Ashley Tisdale, Caleb McLaughlin, Candace Parker, Colbie Caillat, Julianne Hough, Nick Cannon, Nick Kroll, and Rob Gronkowski. The series is about a star’s Becoming of what they are today.
