Bachelor in Paradise is an American reality dating show. The show can be said to be a spin-off of The Bachelor and The Bachelorette. Chris Harrison presents this show just like the other parent shows. It is an elimination-style based show. The show has aired six seasons up till now. How is this reality show different from its parent shows?
Bachelor in Paradise: The Plot
The plot revolves around the Bachelor or the Bchelorttes getting the love of their life and with lots of drama on this journey as the feelings of the contestants are put to test. An uneven number of women and men begins the show. Six men have to give a rose to a woman they would like to spend more time getting to know in paradise. The women not receiving roses are eliminated.
Subsequently, New men are then brought to the beach. In the next rose ceremony, women can give a rose to a man they would like to spend more time with and the remaining men are sent home.
Season summary and more
August 2014 marks the beginning of the first season of the show. Featuring Lacy Faddoul and Marcus Grodd, and, Michelle Money and Cody Sattler as couples. Unfortunately, both of the couples did not end up together. In recent season six, the couples Hannah God win and Dylan Barbor and Caelyen Miller and Dean Unglert found love in each other. The couples are still together.
The makers of the show decided to renew the reality show with a brand new season seven. In August 2019, production of the show should have begun. Covid-19 has hit the entertainment industry badly with the delaying of projects. Likewise, the same happened to this show. The renewing was postponed to the year 2021.
