Fortnite is an online game that was created by Epic Games and published in 2017. Fortnite Battle Royale has since become a popular media sensation, with a variety of celebrities claiming gambling, and athletes using Fortnite Emote as a victory celebration. All game styles are expected to be free-to-play games. But from 2019, Save the World is in early access and requires payment to play.

Fortnite Battle Royale has been a huge commercial hit for Epic Games, prompting them to split teams from Save the World and Battle Royale and provide more coverage for both modes.

New Updates

The game has been down for only three hours, which is normally how long it takes for fresh updates.

The servers were back online as Epic Games rolled out the new patch to upgrade version 12.51 for the famous Royal Battle title. Users on Reddit were already saying they expect this update to fix all documented issues on the Epic Games Trello game board.

Now that the patch is finally released, players can find patches for their game on PC, PlayStation, Xbox, and Switch and all you have to do is download a new patch, sign back in, and continue playing.

The official Twitter account of Fortnite announced the end of the downtime, signaling good news.

The game has reportedly disabled matchmaking as a part of its recent security update. The general patch also contains minor improvements to the Squads soundtrack and fixes glitches and vulnerabilities in Party Royale game mode.

In a tweet, FireMonkey, a common Fortnite data miner, confirmed that no new costumes were introduced to the in-game directory or any other cosmetics for that matter. This upgrade only concerns setting up a server for a Party Royale event.

In a blog post, Epic Games revealed the release of Party Royale starring Dillon Francis, Steve Aoki, and Deadmau5. The blog also listed the Neon Wings Fortnite back bling, noting that they’re going to be open to all teams.

New cosmetics are added to Fortnite files in most patches that need some downtime. Also, the last update which included cosmetics was v12.50.

The styles of cosmetics that could be applied to the list include Fortnite Skins, Back Blings, Gliders, Emotes & Wraps.

Many of the cosmetics that are applied to the patches were stolen by data-miners as soon as the files have been installed. Although some of them have been released, others are yet to be released.

The latest update to Fortnite, v12.60, is expected to contain a new weapon since there have been a few arms leaked by data-miners yet to be released.
